Right next to my apartment is his cute restaurant called Lovin' Cup. I have a feeling I've mentioned it before so I'll spare the basic details but today I had a little lunch date and we ended up walking around then heading there because my friend Jay has never been before. Not on my food list but on his food list (if he actually had one).

When eat here I end up getting a panini, a burger, or wrap. Pretty simple. They have great stuff that tastes good and I've been enough times to try a bunch and know what are my favorites. Anyways, today I checked their cute little appetizer and snacks flyer instead of just ordering off the regular menu. I came across this great little dish called lobster quadrille and its basically a lobster mac and cheese. So. Good. The lobster was possibly slightly over cook because it wasn't super soft anymore but lobster tends to be chewy so I'll give it a pass. This thing tasted sooo good! The perfect amount of cheese to breadcrumb ratio that just made me happy. Yumm. Glad I got to try something a little new even at a frequent restaurant stop.
