This was my second attempt at raspberry scones. Sadly.. they didn't turn out too much better... They look pretty at least! Silver linings..
They still came out a little doughy and dense.. I even kept in mind that I was possibly over mixing the dough and should try not to do that... it didn't really help too much.. I need someone who's good at baking various kinda of bread successfully to teach me how it's done... just a little hopeless right now.
